Senior year, focused on web development and bioinformatics. Senior thesis was on temporal prediction of heart defects with the CheXchoNet dataset (CNN, AUC 0.79–0.84), supervised by Prof. Zubaer Ibna Mannan. Current research, also under Prof. Mannan, extends that toward waveform-level signals: non-invasive intracranial pressure estimation. Earlier coursework in machine learning, deep learning, and data structures fed directly into both.

Foundational Python: OOP, functions, control flow. The first cert I picked up; mostly a checkpoint on what I'd already been writing.
PhysioNet, credentialed access. Granted access to PhysioNet's credentialed and sensitive datasets, including the Neurocritical Care Waveform Recordings in Pediatric Patients (1.0.0) release and the CHARIS database, both used in the current ICP thesis work.
IEEE, active member. I follow the bioinformatics and biomedical engineering tracks. The SS&C and EMBS publications are where most of my reading queue comes from.
